This camp will teach athletes the basic techniques involved with warming up properly, speed and agility, jumping and landing, as well as an introduction to the primary movement patterns. An emphasis will be placed on technical skills, safety and injury prevention; however, we will “gameify” the learning environment to provide a fun and enriching performance camp experience.

4 Week Camp Dates:

• June 3 - 6, 10 - 13
• July 8 - 11, 15 - 18

Drop off will begin at 7:45 am.

The Lego Camp will encourage your child to use their imagination with structured and free-play activities.  They will participate in group activities and challenge each other.  All items will be provided.
